  • Deposit required to reserve performance date. Cancellations accepted 7 days prior to event. Customer agrees to forfeit deposit with less than 7 day notice of cancellation.

    The customer shall be fully responsible for handling/operation after receiving equipment. Blossom Productions is not responsible for any injuries occuring while the rental of equipment is in progress. The customer further agrees to hold Blossom Productions free and harmless against any claims; and further shall be indemnified for any and all cost incurred due to claims from anyone; Including court costs and attorney fees; and other related costs involving the equipment rental. The CUSTOMER is responsible for the replacement value of rented equipment in the event of theft, vandalism, fire or any act which may damage or destroy the rented property. Failure to observe terms of this agreement, to make payment, or failure to have equipment ready for pick up as agreed to, shall make the customer liable for an additional one day rental fee per day until all equipment is returned, plus any court, legal and/or attorney fees incurred in order to obtain the return of this rented product. DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE PERFORMANCE DATE. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 7 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT, FAILURE TO DO SO, CUSTOMER FORFEITS DEPOSIT. EVENT CAN BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN CANCELLATION TIME PERIOD. I HAVE READ THE CONDITIONS LISTED ABOVE AND UNDERSTAND THEM FULLY.

Who can use these images? Anybody can view these images via their web-browser. However, downloading images or saving an image file to a disk, is not permitted without my permission.

How do I get permission to use one of your pictures? If you want to use a picture in any manner, it is best to simply ask regardless of your use or budget. Contact me and let me know which image you want to use, how it will be used, and how I can contact you. I will be happy to help people that are kind enough to ask for proper permission. Even if you only want to use an image for your personal computer desktop wallpaper, please ask first.
